I have never been naturally athletic…

I did dance and theater growing up, and, to be honest, not very well! During and after college, my workouts were scarce and typically just consisted of a yoga class or jog on the treadmill.

I was in my mid twenties when the pandemic hit, and (like so many others), I started putting on weight. It was a slow but steady progression until I was 30 lbs heavier, and I didn’t feel like myself at all. I was so uncomfortable in my skin, I didn’t recognize my reflection, and I didn’t know what to do about it.

I also had an extremely stressful job that had me hunched over a laptop 10-12 hours a day, so spare time and energy were scarce.

When I finally committed to strength training and learning how to properly fuel my body for weight loss, muscle development, AND enjoyment… I very quickly became the strongest, leanest, happiest, and most confident version of myself EVER.

With my newfound passion for health and fitness, I transitioned to coaching full time in the hopes that I can help other women like me create the best version of themselves, no matter where they’re starting from.

I have committed myself to continued education in the fields of fitness and nutrition to ensure my clients are working smarter, not harder to get efficient results they can sustain long term.
